Refund policy

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Did you get the wrong size, or have you simply changed your mind? Don't worry, at snakes-store.com we make returns easy! without restocking fees!

STEP 1

Make sure you meet the following 3 conditions:

🗸 You received your package less than 14 days ago.

🗸 The labels are attached to the item in the same way as when you received it.

🗸 Items are returned in their original condition.

Important Note: If your return does not meet all three of these conditions, it will unfortunately be rejected. In this case, we cannot issue a refund, and the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.

STEP 2

Request a return by contacting us directly at support@snakes-store.com and explaining the problem encountered. We'll send you the return address.

STEP 3

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label to print. Please place the return form inside your package, attach the printed label to the outside, and send it to the address indicated. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (except for defective/wrong items).

STEP 4

Once your parcel has been received and checked, your request will be processed by our teams. We'll let you know as soon as possible.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of your order in our warehouse.
