Shipping Policy of Snakes Store

By placing an order on Snakes Store, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and this Delivery Policy.

1. Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday (business days).

The processing time (time between receiving your order and its shipment) is a maximum of 3 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time begins from the shipping date.

For all destinations, the delivery time is estimated between 6 and 20 business days.

These times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary, particularly during high-volume periods (sales, holidays) or due to events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at the time of ordering based on the weight, size, and especially the destination of the items in your order. Payment of shipping fees will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price of your order for shipping fees.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You will then be able to track the progress of your package on our partner carrier's website.

5. Delivery Address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes (except via standard postal service) or military addresses.

Address change requests must reach us before your order is shipped. After this time, we will not be able to modify it.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer either to wait for its restocking or to receive a store credit of greater value than your initial order.

7. Delivery Problems

Damaged package: If your package arrives damaged, refuse it if possible and contact us immediately at support@snakes-store.com.

Lost or significantly delayed package: If the maximum delivery time (16 business days after shipping) is exceeded with no news from the carrier, or if the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us at support@snakes-store.com. We will find a solution to satisfy you (reshipment at our expense, store credit, etc.).

To help us process your request quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The first and last name associated with the order

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Email subject line: "Delivery delay - [Your order number]" (Example: Delivery delay - 125698)

8. Customs Duties and Taxes

Prices displayed on the site include VAT where applicable.

For deliveries outside of US, customs duties and local taxes may be applied upon arrival in your country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the price paid on our site. If you refuse to pay these fees, the package will be returned at our expense and the amount of the items will be refunded to you, deducting the return shipping costs. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
